Most items purchased from Sorboda can be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise specified. To check if your product has a different return window, please refer to the product details on our store page.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to “Your Orders” and locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on the “Return items” button next to the order.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.
Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging and all accessories.
- If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or reject the return.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
- We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
